WHAT? Singapore Chilli Crab
WHY? Kristin has planned to make this for Singapore right from the beginning, and today was as good a day as any to celebrate and have it (as I got my first vaccine shot)!
HOW? mix of various recipe ideas.

WOULD WE MAKE THIS AGAIN? Yes.
FAVORITE ASPECT? This sauce was terrific…even if it was such a messy meal, that we immediately needed to run a laundry load before finishing the dishes!
COOKING NOTES? Take Dungeness crab and cook in an absolutely delicious sauce. What’s in the sauce? Shallots, ginger, chilies, chili sauce, tamarind, tomato purée, butter, eggs, scallions and soy sauce amongst other things. Then serve with air-fryed steamed Asian buns to dip into the sauce.
